If you are a Rennlist Member and now have, or have applied for, an e-mail account within the "rennlist.com Domain Please READ THIS. If you are not a Rennlist Member, or do not have an e-mail account at "rennlist.com" - please hit "Delete" now...

Tomorrow afternoon, I will put on line the new mail server for "rennlist.com" account holders. This has not been as "easy" as I had originally planned - but the new features are more then worth it, IMHO.

You will have the same POP3/SMTP account name and password that you currently have, but you will also have IMAP Server support as well as a new Web Interface that allows you to access your account from virtually anywhere in the world from a Browser without having to open your native e-mail program...

Further - within that Web Interface - you *can* access messages from *any other POP e-mail server or account* you may have - including your office or other third party accounts... I refer to it as "centralized e-mail access" as all the messages can be accessed (read/replied to) from the Rennlist.com e-mail Browser interface.

As well, we have also tightened security and SPAM filters within the new systems.

To accomplish all this - I am forced to not only migrate server platforms, but as well core operating Systems. Therefore:

- If you have a rennlist.com e-mail account, please DO NOT LEAVE your mail in your current account (found in your e-mail "Preferences" settings), as the upgrade will *not* migrate your stored messages folders between these two operating systems.

- Be sure to notify me immediately if you have any difficulties accessing your account once the server is changed over.

- If you have applied for a Rennlist.com account in the last 3 weeks - you will be sent a separate confirmation form on how to access your new account. As you know, I have not set up any new accounts until this migration was complete. (Sorry about the delay - but I hope you agree, the new features make it well worth the wait...)

Finally - I will post to the lists, after the changeover, the URL for the Web Access to your upgraded Rennlist.com account.
