RennList Takes Home the Silver at International Automotive Conference

Portsmouth, New Hampshire - 11/11/1999 - During the prestigious 1999 International Automotive Media Conference, Rennlist found at http://www.rennlist.org was honored with a Silver Medal in one of the On-line WWW Categories. The International Automotive Media Conference (IAMC) is sponsored by such automotive giants as Mercedes Benz USA and Buick and presents awards in the On-Line Reference category annually at the Buick-SEMA Awards Banquet in Las Vegas, Nevada.

While there are thousands of overall contestants in competition within several categories, Rennlist was among of only a handful of winners chosen within the On-Line Reference category. Other winners included such prestigious names as Automobile Magazine's Buyer's Guide (automobilemag.com), Kelley Blue Book, Motorcycle section (www.kbb.com), as well as several other well known publishers/sites.

RennList was pleasantly surprised and mildly shocked by this honor. To say that we, as an international community of automobile enthusiasts, should be recognized in such a positive way on a worldwide scale is flattering. That our enthusiasm, revolving around two marques - Porsche and BMW – should be recognized makes this award even more special, both to us and those manufacturers whose product promotes our same enthusiasm.
