PLEASE READ - SITE UPDATE...

Rennlist is about 50% complete with the site changeover - and the clock is ticking down quickly. Along those lines, my sincerest thanks to Suncoast Porsche - Vance, Bill, Gordon and the entire team - for also assisting in defraying the somewhat significant site transition costs of Rennlist. Once this site transition is behind us - I will be making a formidable announcement regarding how Rennlist will permanently recognize both Suncoast and Tweeks for their extraordinary support.

Some important notices:

- PLEASE CHECK YOUR BOOKMARKS TO ANY SITE WHICH RENNLIST HOSTS TO BE SURE 
THEY ARE NOT LINKED BY AN IP NUMBER!!!

These sites include: any of the 47 RENNLIST.COM Primary Domains, or 23 RENNLIST.ORG Primary domains, or THALIST domains, or PCA WEBSITES (MetroNY, CWR, etc.), or LATTICE, or GAF, or MEMBER websites (about 290 sites), or BASIL-ONLINE, or 20V, or your RENNLIST e-mail account, or PORTALS, or Web Boards, or SUNCOASTPORSCHE, or WGSS, or - well, you get the idea… IF THESE SITES or ANY PAGES ARE BOOKMARKED BY IP ADDRESS - THEY WILL STOP FUNCTIONING.

- As this changeover has been occurring, many of you have e-mailed me about portions of the site that are not working properly. My thanks! I am trying to rectify these glitches as quickly as possible - but PLEASE understand if I do not have time to reply to all of you. (Also, it really doesn't help when I get nasty notes back flaming me for unanswered e-mail - trust me, I do read all my e-mail - even these Flames - and I will get even someday for your Flames - and what's more, I have a LONG memory:-)..

- There may be a short period when mail sent to the list does NOT go through for you - or you can NOT open areas of the site's). I am aware of these outages, but fortunately they are brief and I try to conduct them at a time when many of you are asleep. This weekend, I will cut over our second DNS server to the new IPs, ZONES and reverse lookups - so I hope much of this changeover will be transparent to you.
